“Called A1 Plumbing because had rusty hot water in the bathtub. Thought it was the only in the bathtub. Anthony showed me that it was actually all hot water in the house by filling up the bathroom sink. Ordered a new tank then and installed it the next day. Will definitely call A1 again if I have any plumbing issues.”

“We had a toilet that was plugged and conventional methods weren’t working to solve the problem. Of course this happened on a Sunday and all the other so called 24 hour plumbers couldn’t come out until Monday or Tuesday or wouldn’t return calls. Found A1 Plumbing and gave them a call. Anthony called back almost immediately and was at the house within a half hour. Was able to get the plug fixed in short order and then took the extra step of running a camera in the sewer lines to verify. Unfortunately a bigger problem was discovered, a cracked fitting leaving the house. Anthony was able to come back out two days later and take care of that also. Very professional, explained what he was doing as he went and provided the costs up front. Did great job of minimizing the damage to landscaping where he had to dig and returning it back to the condition it was in. Would definitely use A1 again and recommend for your plumbing needs.”

“Anthony was great! He came and took the time to clear my very clogged drain. He made sure he got the pipe clean and explained everything he was doing clearly and in layman's terms. His pricing was fair and he was clear about costs before doing anything. Anthony also helped me locate my water shut off in the yard - it was buried under soil and grass so I had no idea where it was. Then he diagnosed another water problem I was having and we scheduled another service for him to come repair that. I highly recommend A-1 Plumbing! Anthony is honest, does good work, and knows plumbing.”

“We wanted to convert our 1950s shower/tub set up to an updated walk in shower. We found a shower wall/pan system we wanted to use, but because plumbing was involved we did not feel we could DIY it. We got 5 quotes and while A1's was not the lowest, it was the best as to the scope of services, including the willingness to use the Castico shower system we chose. Some quotes were 3+ times higher. We chose A1 Plumbing mainly because a plumber should always be involved in this type of work, and most of the others did not have a licensed plumber included. Considering this project was all about retrofitting into an existing alcove, the cost was very reasonable. Plus, Anthony was very personable. Anthony was always professional, courteous, and checked in with us on preferences or for further guidance on the aesthetic aspects as he went along. He was willing to do whatever it was to get the job done to our specifications. He arrived on time, worked until he was at a good stopping point at the end of day 1, and got it all done in 1-3/4 days. He did not dawdle. He never discounted our opinions because we are old folks. I will use A1 plumbing in the future, and already have at least one project in mind.”

“I had a mystery leak in my ceiling, just all of a sudden there was a steady dripping coming into my living room. With the washer and dryer directly above that, and my guest bathroom right next to the washer and dryer, I didn't know where it could be coming from. I couldn't get any plumbers nearby to come out. Anthony was able to make the house call the very next day. He was a consummate professional, going way above and beyond what I expected. He walked me through every step of the way and when he figured out where the leak originated from, he promptly fixed it. The whole time he was transparent in what he was doing and even showed me how to install the new handle on my upstairs bathroom shower, which ended up being the culprit. I had to pay out of pocket and he charged me a third of what I would have normally had to pay if I had gone with a different company. He cleaned up and vacuumed so that my living room was even cleaner than it had been before he came I can't recommend this company more. Call and ask for Anthony if you ever have a mystery leak. You will be more than impressed!”

“I wish I could rate 10 stars instead of 5. TL:DR Amazing Service, Outstanding Customer Care, Top Tier Professionalism, Fast, Reliable, Responsive and just downright awesome. Anthony the owner at A1 plumbing, originally came by to take care of a toilet issue we were having and provided fast, and friendly service. Through this experience we then contracted him to help us remodel our bathroom. He was able to peel back the veil of the up charging antics that other companies charge for and offer us a price point far below what we had been quoted from two other plumbing services. He didn't pressure us to pursue his contract, but went above and beyond to provide us with all of the relevant options, routes and choices we needed to make an informed decision. A1 had to tear out a full walk-in safe tub down to the studs as well as make adjustments due to the convoluted poor previous installation. Anthony was respectful of our areas and completely cleaned and hauled away all junk, leaving his finished work shining in his wake. I could go on longer but if you've made it this far into reading my review I think we know what choice you should go with.”
